Spring Bank Senior Resource Center is dedicated to becoming a trusted and welcoming hub for Frederick County seniors. Our mission is to help the elderly population and their caregivers to access support services that allow them to lead meaningful and independent lives.
Organizations such as Supporting Older Adults through Resources (SOAR) will soon call Spring Bank home.

We are dedicated to connecting older adults with non-profit organizations whose mission is to support seniors in need. Our facility is under renovation and expected to open in the spring of 2027.

Spring Bank will serve as a central point for non-profit organizations offering support services to Frederick County’s seniors.
Durable Medical Equipment
The Spring Bank carriage house will serve as a home for durable medical equipment for loan or permanent placement for those in need.
Conference and Event Spaces
Spring Bank will have dedicated areas for educational seminars and events on topics important to the senior community such as legal planning, benefits navigation, health & wellness and caregiver support.
